Sous Chef

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help bring our culinary vision to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative environment where your skills and expertise will make a real impact on the dining experience we offer our guests. As Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, develop seasonal menus, and ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality, preparation, and presentation.

 Ready to showcase your culinary skills in a bustling pub kitchen? Join us as a Chef De Partie and be part of crafting our menu.

Breakfast Supervisor
Are you an early riser with great coffee skills and a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a Breakfast Supervisor to welcome our hotel guests with warm, efficient service and keep things running smoothly during busy mornings. This hands-on role involves taking orders, serving food and drinks, setting up and clearing the continental buffet, handling payments, tracking stock, and resetting the restaurant for the next service.
 
Part-time: Wednesday to Saturday, approx. 20 hours/week. Sundays always off.
